Resolved Question: Best rental apartment in Folsom CA?

I was looking for one year lease rental options in Folsom CA and wanted a clean, bug-free, peaceful place with almost no hassles of neighbors (like no drunkards, drug-abusers or loud noises) and a management that's somewhat humane (like not creating problems when returning security deposit at the end). I am currently seeing Iron Point, Sherwood, Park on Riley, Willow Springs and have yet to see a couple more. I am looking for spacious (~ 750 sq. ft) 1-bedroom kitchen apartments for rent. Can you let me know decent, slightly higher-end, cleaner, peaceful rental options - which one would you select and why? Thanks in advance! I am already going through all websites and sites like apartmentratings.com and forrent.com etc. apart from reviews on google.com.
